Introduction

Learning through stories

Role-playing is an experience built on shared storytelling. Participants portray characters, observe situations, form hypotheses, make decisions together and build a story through their choices.

In education, this structure can become an especially fertile environment: it supports work on language, listening, cooperation, conflict management and the ability to imagine different perspectives.

The book grows out of Kristian Sensini's direct experience as a teacher and trainer, combined with his reflection on narrative processes developed through artistic and musical work. It does not propose a rigid formula, but tools for designing experiences suited to the age, the group and the goals of the learning path.
